Rebalance or Revert to old mcMMO EXP rates

I would like to suggest adjusting the current mcMMO leveling system. The current setup requires an excessive amount of grinding to achieve even basic levels (it would took me 5 minutes to get to lvl20). The XP rates feel incredibly nerfed compared to the older versions of the system. Gathering resources or battling mobs for hours barely moves the progress bar.
