Proposal for Strict Anti-Alt Account Enforcement

Despite our server rules strictly prohibiting alternative (alt) accounts across all game modes, users continue to bypass this restriction by creating new accounts. This disrupts fair gameplay and undermines our community guidelines.
Proposed Solution
Restrict access to a maximum of one connection per IP address to stop users from logging in with multiple accounts simultaneously.
