Introduction of a Chunk and Floor Renting Mechanism

Hello Extreme Craft Staff and Community,
I would like to suggest a new Renting / Real Estate Mechanism for the server (specifically for Survival, Skyblock, or Towny). Currently, players can only claim land for themselves. Allowing players to lease out specific chunks or even individual floors of a building to other players for a set period would open up a whole new dynamic for the server's economy.

Proposed Features
Chunk Leasing (Land Rent): Allow players to put a claimed chunk up for rent using a command or a sign (e.g., /rent set [price] [duration]). Another player can pay the rent amount using their in-game bal to automatically gain build/break permissions in that specific chunk for the designated time (e.g., 7 days).

Sub-Region / Floor Renting: Advanced players who build massive skyscrapers, apartments, or shopping malls should be able to create sub-regions. This allows them to rent out individual floors or rooms to different players while keeping the main structure protected.

Automated Eviction & Auto-Renew: * If the tenant (renter) fails to pay the rent on time, the system automatically removes their permissions and locks them out.

An option for "Auto-Renew" so that rent is automatically deducted from the tenant's in-game bal if they have enough balance.

Safe Storage Protection: When a rent contract expires, any items left behind by the tenant in chests could be automatically moved to a temporary "Recovery Vault" (like /rent recovery) so they don't lose their hard-earned items, while the landlord gets their space back clean.

Why should this be added?
Passive Income for Builders: It rewards creative players and big clans who build massive towns, allowing them to earn in-game bal by becoming landlords.

Helpful for New Players: Newbies who cannot afford to buy expensive gear or claim large areas can simply rent a small room or a pre-made farm using their starting balance to kickstart their journey.

Reduces Inactivity Waste: Instead of giant claimed bases sitting empty when players are offline, they can be rented out to active community members.
