allow cobwebs

bro cobwebs has been in the game since beta 1.5, and its been used in pvp for like over a decade alr, so why cant we use it? "its annoying what if i am stuck" water or pearl out, this is a good way for the pearl in ct. what if he spams? then legit learn how to do pearling or water more often twin. and for you 1.8 pvpers like thats p1 and stuff, 1.8 combat has included cobwebs for the most part of minecraft, for 1.9 pvpers, then just dont use a sword
