Allow Decimal Coin Transactions

Currently, coins can only be transferred as whole numbers. I would like to suggest adding support for decimal values such as 0.5, 1.5, 2.75, etc.

Why this would be beneficial:
💰 More flexible trading – Players can agree on more precise prices instead of rounding everything up or down.
🛒 Better market economy – Cheap items, services, and rewards can be priced fairly without forcing players to pay 1 full coin.
🤝 Easier splitting payments – If two or more players share a purchase, decimals make dividing the cost much simpler.
📈 Healthier long-term economy – Decimal currencies are used in most successful economies because they allow finer control over prices and reduce inflation caused by large minimum denominations.
Examples:
/pay Steve 0.5
Selling a key for 1.5 coins instead of choosing between 1 or 2.
Paying 0.25 coins as a service fee.

This change would not drastically alter the economy, but it would make trading more convenient, more accurate, and much more player-friendly. I believe many players would appreciate the additional flexibility that decimal coin values provide.
