Add /maceffa

/ffaarena is fun, cause you dont need to gather people to a party and can just go there to fight multiple people at once, chaos is fun. but its only a gapple kit.

there has been a glitch that sometimes happens in mace/skywars maps where people from different matches queue to the same map at the same time. its not intended, but it is the most fun i've personally had playing mace since chaos breaks out till the glitch fixes itself (so far i believe noone knows the cause nor the fix), so i thought what if we had /maceffa to go to and enjoy that chaos properly? instead of relying on a glitch that happens randomly?

im certain a lot of people would enjoy it since mace is the most popular gamemode on ec right now in terms of player count.
