Continuous Bans And Rule Breaking

Rule breaking action shouldn't just have the same punishment over and over
Getting banned for 2 weeks every 2 weeks
Rule breaking shouldn't be emitted in the server but of course no server is free from Rule Breakers
So from this pov my suggestion is Multiple temp bans or mutes or jails or any punishments in a short period of time should have an increased punishment every time
Atm it just feels that all rule breakers keeps coming after 2 weeks breaking rules and annoying other players then get banned for another 2 weeks and so on which makes the server pretty boring and annoying to play or grind and makes it seem not even worth spending money and time on it
This is why rule breakers shouldnt have a 2 week ban every 17 days or so
make it as strikes in a time period of 90 days
1st strike : 1x the punishment time
2nd strike : 2x the punishment time
3rd strike : 4x the punishment time
4th strike : perma ban
this woud improve the players quality instead of having cheaters always around when one of them gets banned for 2 weeks another one shows up and so on till the first one gets unbanned and the cycle keeps going with the same players
