Reduce or Remove Ender Pearl Despawn Timer

Hi,

I'd like to suggest removing the feature where ender pearls disappear after a few seconds.
If pearls are intended to be usable in pvp, then removing them shortly after being thrown blocks several legitimate mechanics and strategies, especially stasis pearl setups. Stasis chambers and delayed pearl mechanics are a well-known part of Minecraft gameplay and add more depth and utility to pearls.

Currently, the despawn timer limits many creative and strategic uses of pearls that players normally expect to work.

I understand the feature may exist to prevent abuse or lag, but perhaps the timer could be increased or adjusted instead of completely preventing long-term pearl usage.
