Whitelist/Blacklist Filter for ChunkCollector

Currently, special items such as ChestHopper, SpawnerExtractor, and ChunkCollector all share a similar purpose: automatically collecting items within a chunk. However, unlike ChestHopper and SpawnerExtractor, the ChunkCollector lacks any form of item filtering.

This can create unnecessary issues for players who only want to collect specific resources. In many farms, large amounts of unwanted items are generated alongside valuable drops, causing ChunkCollectors to fill up with junk, waste storage space, and reduce overall efficiency.

I would like to suggest adding a Whitelist/Blacklist filter system to ChunkCollector:

Whitelist Mode: Only collect selected items.
Blacklist Mode: Collect everything except selected items.

Benefits:
1. Improves farm efficiency and automation.
2. Reduces storage clutter and unnecessary item transfers.
3. Brings ChunkCollector in line with the functionality already available on ChestHopper and SpawnerExtractor.
4. Gives players greater control over resource management without affecting server balance.

Since similar filtering mechanics already exist on other collection-based items, adding this feature to ChunkCollector would feel consistent with the server's existing design while significantly improving its usability.
