New commands for phantom rank.

Since phantom is the highest rank achievable on the server I think it would be nice to add new commands to it.

/Brew opens a brewing stand that is interactable with like the normal brewing stand (1 blazing powder per use instead of making it always actively working)
/Nick Allows the player to change their nickname to a random generated one
/Breathe Refills player's drowning bar to full (Just like /Heal or /Feed but useful if you're drowning and doesn't work in ct)
/Spawnmob Increases mobs summoned from 5 (Current) to 6 or 7 Mobs per spawn and maybe decrease the amount of time needed for the cooldown
/WeaponDamage Tracks the total damage dealt using a sword/axe (Just like weaponkills)
/Invis Turns the player invisible for a short period of time (Depending on the time you could make the cooldown high or low)
