Notification dismiss

Basically at the moment with the new marketplace a deal is done and last reply was from the other player and there is no reply to it
so the notification bell is basically stuck at one notification which is triggering
Best solution is to add the dismiss option to specific notifies that a player can choose which notifies to dismiss and which not to
Also would be great to have notification logs and to be able to check them by normal players in case a notification is dismissed by a missclick or it's needed in the future
