Improve Investigation Transparency & Report Handling

Hello,

I would like to suggest an improvement regarding investigation and report handling procedures.

In some situations, it appears that reports may include information taken from other games or servers, or from external sources. If this type of information is being considered, it would be better if it is properly verified and directly relevant before any action is taken.

I also believe it would improve transparency if players are clearly shown the evidence or reason behind any punishment, so there is no confusion about what exactly the decision was based on.

Additionally, giving players a chance to respond before final action is taken, and keeping response times more consistent across different reports, would help make the process feel more fair and clear for everyone.

For example, I submitted a report that has been pending for over 3 weeks without an update, while some other cases seem to be handled much faster.

These changes could help reduce misunderstandings and improve overall trust in the process.
