sell\buy rotation

Hi i have an idea, i play on survival and i always wait for rotations to switch in /shop, in my case sugarcane and cocoa beans, it'll be cool if a player could choose to turn on notification for certain items he picks to notify him that the rotation for that item has changed, it'll be also cool if he could choose notification for both buy and sell, for example, i chose to get notified on the sell rotation of sugarcane, so when i get on i'll get a notification that sugarcane is on sell rotation, something like that.

I have no idea if there's a plugin for that i just say maybe u do have a solution, that'll be dope, of course for other gamemodes too not only survival.
