make it so that for suggestions that are closed with the reason of “another suggestion of the same kind has been posted by another user”, the link to said suggestion is attached to the response. people might be posting said suggestion without even knowing a similar one was posted already, and the link to the other suggestion being attached gives them a chance to upvote it, and therefore have a chance to get their idea (or almost) accepted
