Adjust or Restrict Spear Usage While on CT

I would like to suggest reviewing the current mechanics of spear usage while on CT. At the moment, players are able to use the spear to quickly fly across large portions of the map, allowing them to escape PvP situations very easily.

This often results in players repeatedly disengaging from fights, even in situations where they are heavily outnumbered (for example, 30v1 scenarios). Because of this mobility advantage, it becomes extremely difficult to maintain combat, which negatively affects overall gameplay.

I believe this mechanic could benefit from balancing changes. Possible solutions could include:

Disabling spear usage while on CT, or
Reducing the distance or mobility provided by the spear.

The goal of this suggestion is to encourage fair PvP encounters and improve player experience, as the current behavior can feel frustrating and unfun for many players.
