Deleting towns

last season, I wasnt able to play normally, because everytime I wanted to expand my town, it becomes "Another town's homeblock is nearby", so like what are we even supposed to do? And, most of these towns were just some random 1 chunk towns that have nothing placed in it and its mayor havent joined since a few months.
So, why not add a new rule, becuase it is also starting to happen in this season too, some random one chunk towns of people who arent even playing towny are just ruining it from us by not letting us expand normally, so why not, if every town member in a town havent logged on for more than 20 days, the town will get deleted. This way, everyone can expand their towns normaly instead of having it ruinied for everyone else.
