Disabling Elytra In Combat Tagging & Cooldown On Wind Charges, on Pearls Isn't necessary

Since Elytra mace pvp is core disabling Elytra in in ct & irrelevant cooldowns make things worst we are not able to perform the type of pvp we want if you want to keep something like in combat tagging people won't escape using Elytra just like disable rockets & it just make things boring when yw can't perform the type of pvp you want it makes things boring for a player better enable it for better experience for more fun
