Future Concern: Quartz Shortage in Towny

So this season I may.. or may not have a several chunk build that requires a LOT of quartz, even if I don't end up draining every vein in our limited 5k x 5k nether realm.. I'm concerned that new players who also would like to build with quartz may find quartz to be.. much more rare than usual after I've begun my operation.

To remedy this possible scenario, I think you should introduce a wand specifically for turning masses of trash blocks into quartz or simply increase the amount of quartz the crystallizer wand produces so its much more common.
