Make being peaceful good!

Guys, what if you just want to build, just want to play normally, without any of the war things. What if, we just want to be normal, build instead of destroy, farm instead of fight. Making towns/nations peaceful does not work! The command simply does not work! If you do downvote this, it means you have the taste of blood, which is fine for me, but for those who agree with me, please upvote. Thanks.
