Remove dynamic items from addpoints

As it stands right now, dynamic items can be added to island points. I think this presents an issue if someone were to, for example, buy a ton of items and jack the price up, add them all to a storage barrel, and convert them all to points at once. This is especially possible of the item in-question is farmable and also dynamic (Like any silk touched ore for example).

I think this is also a possible explanation as to how one group (Even after their points were reset) was able to skyrocket to the top of hof in about 3 days by a massive margin.

I think it would be a great idea to remove "dynamic" items from the list of things being able to be converted to island points, and only have items that are on the rotation for the week.
