/enchantlist <item>

We lready have the /enchantlist command, to see all the enchants including custom enchants, but its hard and takes alot of time to look for some good enchants for example you chestplate, or anything.
What if we cound add a new command that is /enchantlist <item>
For example, if you do /enchantlist boots, it will list all the enchants you can add on boots.
and, as an extra feature, you can do /enchantlist hand, meaning if you had a chestplate in your hand and made /enchantlist hand, it will give you the enchants for a chestplate.
