make wars more fair

The thing is about towny war, is it is soooo unfair.
Like imagine this, you got a town you and your friends, you are building, grinding and you spent too much time on it. Then, the best active pvpers, decides to raid your town, with no chance of even getting your town score over 0. And, if you wanted to destroy the town, you realise that well uh, there is no town, its barely a few chunk empty town, not even a block placed.
I lost 3 towns the same way,so maybe you can add like a peaceful status, but it would actually work, unlike the last season where it did nothing...
Or, maybe like a scoring system, meaning you can get higher score by town residents killing other, and ti would lower if you die, similiar to how the skyblock level thing work, and you cant raid anjother town unless it has a similiar score.
Please add this, it makes towny more fair and actually fun.
