Allow reason for paying coins (for logs)

Paying coins is lovely! and happens a lot! having a coin logs in the site? is even better! but currently you see this :

stealself send coins to Just_Liela (50)

Where as when you receive coins its like :
Added 20 Coins HallOfFame Rewards #2 (Server: Survival, Season #19, Week #204)

Can we allow ''REASON' behind the command, so our logs look clear and we can log ourselves WHY we have send someone coins?

Imagine me with (Multi-Mall) i pay people 200-400 coins a month, it would be awsome to do this.

Examples :

/pay coins Just_Liela 10 Multi-Mall cashout,
/pay coins Just_Liela 10 For trade in skyblock 40 harvesters
/pay coins Just_Liela 10 HOF splitting

So that it then shows in our LOGS on the EC coins logs why you send it as reminder.
