Spear Cooldown

Hey, just a small suggestion for Neo Survival — could you guys add a cooldown to the spear?

Survival already has a cooldown on it, but Neo Survival doesn’t, and it’s causing a bit of an issue. Right now people just spam the spear nonstop until they’re out of combat tag and can escape.

It kinda ruins PvP because instead of actual fights, it’s just spear spam and running. A short cooldown like in Survival would make things way more balanced and actually fun.
