Adding /nickname feature on Nexus and Phantom rank

okay hey it's me doing ahh suggestions that is good so, adding the /nickname command for Rank Nexus and Phantom would allow players to personalize their identity in the server. It helps members stand out, makes it easier for teammates to recognize them, and adds a fun perk for higher ranks. Since Nexus and Phantom are higher ranks, giving them access to /nickname can also serve as a small reward for their role and activity in the community.
