Remove Mining Fatigue from NeoSurvival

I don't know what enchant it is, but I've been pvping in NeoSurvival and I can't help but notice that I had mining fatigue FIVE, which means I could swing my sword like once every second, meanwhile my opponents get to swing it 3 times per second and to 3 times the damage, even if both of us had the same thing, it would make pvp super slow and boring, which it already is slow considering NeoSurvival has 1.9 pvp. I suggest removing that enchant completely
