dysfunctional enchantment

with this enchantment for axes and swords there is a prob the enchantment on an armor may not take effect
for example: when you hit a bosshunter armor, theres a chance that the prot 7 isnt gonna do effect, and the hit will deal the damage it would if you werent wearing that piece of armour
The effect only works for one random piece (25% per piece) and only for one hit

dysfunctional enchantment I: 0.01% prob

dysfunctional enchantment II: 0.05% prob

dysfunctional enchantment III 0.10% prob
