Shulkers and spawners in enderchests and playervaults

Since the recent change of not being able to put shulkers and spawners in enderchests and playervaults, players have been forced to place/put shulkers in chests which caused many people to steal tons of valuable items. Every day i see tens of people asking why can't they store their shulkers in enderchests and complaining and some even quitting because of it. That's why i think it should be brought back.
