Tpkilling is unjustified

alr here is the story
so apparently somebody can send you a teleport request, you accept, they start attacking you, you defend yourself and kill the guy
and you go to jail for committing this :D
i mean.. you already know how bad this is
i've had this experience. now i just witnessed player named "maffak" have the same experience not to mention "HuhiSifo" as well

suggestion:
make it possible for staff to check who started the combat tag and decide their judgement based on that
or whatever mechanics that work best for such scenarios

i mean if somebody is attacking you and you can defend yourself, it's just stupid asf to let them kill you, just to then make a report on them
please work on this subject. thank you
