Let’s talk about Lifesteal because right now raiding is pointless.
Hello Extremecraft,
Let’s talk about Lifesteal because right now raiding is pointless.
Every time my team finds and raids a base, we risk our hearts, fight players, spend time tracking them down… and for what? Absolutely nothing valuable inside.
Why?
Because everyone just hides their good loot in:
Shulkers
Ender chests
Rank vaults
So what’s the point of raiding if all the important items are 100% safe?
This is supposed to be Lifesteal — a high-risk gamemode where dying matters. But how is it high-risk when players can store everything important in private storage that nobody can ever touch?
There’s no real punishment. There’s no real reward. There’s no real reason to raid.
Right now it feels like: Risk hearts → Get nothing.
That kills the whole purpose of the gamemode.
Raiding should feel rewarding. If someone builds a base, there should be something worth taking inside. But instead, everyone just treats bases like decoration and keeps all valuables in ender chests and vaults.
That’s not hardcore. That’s safe mode.
You seriously need to rebalance this:
Limit vault storage in Lifesteal
Reduce ender chest slots
Restrict shulker storage abuse
Or make certain high-tier items non-vaultable
Because at this rate, raiding is just wasting time.
Lifesteal should be dangerous. Right now it’s just protected storage simulator.
Fix it before raiding completely dies.Posted in Improvements for LifeSteal, status replied, Upvotes: 3, Downvotes: -4
