Let’s stop pretending this is balanced.
Spear Lunge 3 in PvP / BoxPvP / PvPMine is completely broken.
Right now PvP is not about skill anymore. It’s about who can spam Spear Lunge 3 + Wind Charge faster.
This combo has:
No real punishment
No real cooldown
No real counterplay
And that’s the problem.
When someone is losing a fight, what happens?
Low HP → Lunge → Wind Charge → Gone.
No consequences. No commitment. No risk.
That is not competitive PvP. That’s an instant panic button.
PvP should reward: • Clean combos
• Proper timing
• Positioning
• Mechanical skill
• Decision-making under pressure
But Spear Lunge 3 removes pressure completely. Players don’t have to think. They don’t have to commit. They just disengage whenever it’s convenient.
How are you supposed to secure kills? How are you supposed to punish mistakes? How are you supposed to outplay someone who can just teleport themselves halfway across the map every few seconds?
This enchant turns fights into a joke.
And before someone says “just use it too” — that’s not balance. That’s forcing everyone to abuse the same broken mechanic just to compete.
If the only counter to something is “also abuse it,” that means it’s unhealthy.
This isn’t one person complaining. Multiple players are frustrated. Fights feel pointless. The PvP experience feels cheap. It lowers the skill ceiling and encourages coward-style gameplay.
Right now Spear Lunge 3 is:
• Overpowered
• Abusable
• Zero-risk mobility
• Anti-skill
• Killing competitive PvP
Especially when stacked with wind charges. The distance and speed you gain is ridiculous. You can reset fights instantly. You can escape mid-combo. You can avoid death almost every time.
That destroys fight integrity.
So here are real solutions:
Disable Spear Lunge 3 in PvP / PvPMine / BoxPvP
Add a heavy cooldown (minimum 8–10 seconds)
Reduce its distance by at least 40–50% in combat
Disable wind charge boost while holding a spear
Or cancel lunge ability when player is in combat tag
Right now, the enchant doesn’t add skill — it removes it.
If this stays unchanged, PvP will continue feeling frustrating and unserious. People will stop taking fights seriously because there’s no commitment anymore.
PvP should reward bravery and skill, not who can escape the fastest.
Please fix this before it kills the competitive side of the server.
