Revert crop shard value

Recent update made the shard value of most farmable crops to 0.00 or 0.01 making it impossible to earn shards using this method. I don't know if this is an unintended error/bug or intentional but this change is severely unbalanced and not thought of considering the value of shards in running a farm due to fuel cost. I propose reverting this change to the previous one to allow shredding of crops once again.
