Shulker Loaders

Well to start of most of the players (especially skyblock) have tried shulker loaders and noticed that dispensers don't work
therefore, my suggestion is to make it work :) (jk its not that simple)

Improvement suggestion:
add something that needs to be refilled with fuel or any type of thing that places shulkers and its not always available like make it need some sort of thing to work maybe use blocks of diamond or use ancient debris as fuel or anything that makes it not extremely easy and not extremely hard as well or maybe make it like needs 1 token to place 10 blocks or anything just please make it possible to free to play players

A msg for the players reading this:
I know yall might think the fuel idea is bad but its better than nothing and this might be the only way to convince the admins to do it so they could still earn money since top teams / top money earners will buy tokens or trade for token sacks which might make them pay coins for token sacks

Also there will be another suggestion if there is a cooldown for suggestions i will add it in the comments if there isn't then it will be in an another suggestion
