Get more staff

The staff system, if Im being really honest, is really slow. If Im having a helpop , Staff would stay like about an hour if there are any online (execluding JRmod+ with /vanish),meaning they wont come directly even if its something important, and sometimes never, some of my helpop's are still not replied to for days. And, even tickets/reports/suggestions are taking a while before a staff member reply to it, and some are there for weeks and some a month, but still no one replied. I know, this may be because staff are inactive or busy with other stuff in the server, due to the low amount of staff, so getting more would be great and make the ExtremeCraft community much better. Thank you.
