Make Hoppers Faster

Pls Buff hoppers so that they are a tad bit faster so that it wont get overun with a mass transferring of items(a chunk collecter with hopper at the bottom cant even keep up with an automatic farm that produces 3 different items making it clog up almost instantly)

Note: hoppers will only take the first item in the slot but if it keeps getting updated then the hopper will only take a efw of every new updated item. So if it keeps on updating it, the other items wont even get filtered even if it is set to 64 speed since the first slot getting refilled with 3 cobble will just clog it
This is big problem in skyblock making it almost impossibl to afk without massive hopper system specially with the amount of autominers u have
