Fuel Price Rebalance

Current Prices of Fuels:

Harvester: 3,000
Chest Hopper: 2,500
Chunk Collector: 2,000
Spawner Extractor: 5,000
Autominer: 5,000

As you can see, there's quite a big gap on the last two collector blocks, making them very expensive to refuel, hence why some individuals opt not use them. This makes refueling extractors and autominers almost useless considering it's near impossible to break even with shards obtained to shards need to fuel. I suggest lowering the fuel price of Autominer and Extractors to be around 2.5k - 3k to be inline with the other collector blocks. Especially extractors. Mob spawning will greatly be reduced if we can extract them instead of using the typical fall/lava kill methods, greatly reducing load and increase stability on the server during peak hours.
