Wands Safety check add

Hello, i just happened to have an issue with wands, they are quite common in vote crates and since we can't always pay full attention on which thing we selected ,same can happen as it did with chunkrippers in the past which recendly had added safety confirmaltine, so i suggest adding some kind of confirmation for it before using one , since it can make people have devastating losses on accident like it happened to me today.
