Improve the Rules

The rules are so uncleared like you get jailed for tp killing although you were not the one who killed that player although the killer tped to you and killed another player near you. WHAT? the word TP Killing explains that you tp him or to you and killed. I submitted a suggestion recently about rules but all they did was add few sentence saying "These rules don’t cover every possible situation. Use common sense and the spirit of fair play when unsure, and if you are unsure about something, ask a staff member for clarification." bro what? what you mean spirit of fair play? people get tp killed by trapping and other unseen situations are not considered jail/ban? Use common sense, I guess some staffs have no common sense and jailing/banning people because they saw what they saw on their logs. those jailed/banned players have no chance to atleast speak to their side and if they want to appeal, it takes 1 day to reply? imagine if a player got banned mistakenly for 1 day then he appealed for but staffs replied 1 day after the appeal. like whats the point? like atleast make a ingame appeal that has fast response. since you dont want to change/revise your rules. Atleast make a solution to these!!! BROO ATLEAST GIVE GRACE PERIOD TO EXPLAIN THEIR SIDES oml. im tired and sick of these rules. people complaining about the rules and they commenting that "this is the reason why this server is dead"

I just got tp killed and that person was not jailed? and the reason was it was not considered? yet here I am I didnt tp killed anyone but got jailed?
