Remove CoolDown from boss summoners.

2 things.

1. Remove the cooldowns from boss summoners, boss summoners are being used a lot, and after killing 1, which in some cases takes already 20min~ u need to wait an additional 15 minutes to continue ur grind. its demotivating and makes players just wanna leave bosses.

Compared to events who don't have a cooldown, i think PvE players should be compensated and given no cooldown aswell.

2. Fix the bug where some boss summoners can't stack. For example The farmadillo summoners from the outposts can't be stacked with the farmadillo summoner you get from the legendary crates. i got a storage barrel for every boss summoner. but i can't even put some of them in there beceause they are different when they are the same..

*BONUS SUGGESTION : Add a ''achievement in /quests'' + after being top 3 100x you get the exclusive ''BossHunter'' title*
