decrease claim block price

in skygrid a lot of us like to use large claims to make grand large builds as many of you have seen in prior seasons it is very hard to build at the scale we are used to with shards being both in more demand (from fuel) and each being able to only have 2/5 the buying power it used to for claimblocks can understand if you want to make it a lil more challenging but maybe a 50%(3)per claimblock increase instead of 150% (5) per claimblock
