Revise the RULES and REGULATIONS

I’ve seen many players get punished for things that go against the rules. However, the rules aren’t clearly explained and there’s no clear guideline on when someone should be jailed or banned. Basically there is no detailed explanation in such situations, the rules don’t seem to consider different situations.

For example, there was a case of TP killing involving an innocent player. The TP killer had a friend who helped him kill that player. But for some reason, only the main TP killer got jailed, while the friend who assisted wasn’t punished even though they were clearly involved in the act. (I guess people will make alts and let them tp so their main wont get jailed.)

There’s also another situation where the rule about General Rudeness isn’t well detailed or properly explained. The rule doesn’t clearly elaborate on what counts as swearing, hate speech, general rudeness, or other inappropriate words.

We know there’s already a chat censorship filter, but players still get muted or warned even though the filter already blocks offensive words automatically. What’s the point of muting or warning players when cussing is technically allowed and there’s already the /tcf command?

You get what I mean, right? The rules aren’t clearly explained or properly elaborated, which causes confusion and unfair punishments.

I am just trying to fix loop holes here for better experience for players.
