Bring back quest key& ques create

Adding back quest key with some really good things and even better than boss gear and leg gear as they should be obtained by completing monthly quest which make these keys super rare as they can only obtained 12 times in 2 month and and it will also give nostalgia when there was quest key back in time which can make it as one of rare items expect harvester which motivates player and i do suggest don't add it in event key or I do suggest it can obtained from outpost but with 0.3 chances which still make it actual good worth it
