Bring back Allowed Tpkill

as we know tpkilling used to be allowed in this server, it might sound Scary and inhumand Rules but with there is tpkiller we can add dynamic on server Ecosystem

see the if the server just farm, pvp, and economy its boring tho, we need villain/public enemy

if tpkilling is allowed the player is being more creative with making various trap and also player can get free stuff without /warp pvp cus if u go to /warp pvp and dont have a team it's not gonna fair cus u will get beaten up by parties
