Custom enchants conundrum

Hi , A while ago custom enchants were officially removed from villagers in towny , meaning no more custom villagers. it was an "okay" if not bad initiative but the problem is that a specific team has villagers who already have been locked with custom enchants, this gives them easy monopoly over all server and we all are forced to buy from them as crates don't give custom enchants too , which is hilarious , as that #announcement mentioned "other rare ways" which are none truly.
Please make rapid reforms about this for a fair and balanced economy , Thanks!
