Wanna get rid of it? instead of restricting everything make Storagebarrels collect Shulkers. Not every shulker, you can use shulker colors for different type of items, for cocca, brown shulker, for cane, green and make it modifiable so its not RESTRICTED to a specific type of items.

For example, Shift right clicking a normal shulker should open a menu to collect which type of items do we wanna collect, if we select cocoa for example the shulker turns brown, and when the hopper sends a purple shulker box filled with cococa above the barrel, it turns brown and goes into the barrel only containing full cocoa and nothing else, also the hopper connected to the barrel should have a specific hopperfilter menu to select which type of shulker is it getting converted to
