FIX the AI of mobs.

Currently the AI of mobs disable after 1min of not interacting with the mob? and they just freeze and don't interact as they should. villagers dont work. and restock, sniffers stop digging and looking for seeds, Wither stops shooting and freezes, wild mobs stand and do nothing, Chickens dont lay eggs, piglins don't trade ETC!

Please fix this, its prevents from a lot of creative buildings, events, structures and farms.
