Phantom rank perk!

Phantom rank is yet useless. beside the kit. so lets slowly but surely make a change to that! we already have /loom and /enchantingtable

People asked for /anvil but that goes a bit far. anvils can be expensive specially early game.

But... why do we not have /stonecutter ? Its a feature anyone can buy from /shop for only 250$ but phantom ranks members should deserve to have the ability to do it anywhere.
