/locate name command

We have all had this issue before, you want to know where ur trading guy, friend or others are? you type /seen stealself and see stealself was 2 minutes ago last online. this does not mean stealself can't be in skyblock, skygrid, or other servers.

Add a /locate (example) stealself command. to see and Locate where stealself is at that moment.

(I had this situation myself i wanted to talk to someone who had something on /ah. but they arent online, and server wapping the whole time to see if they are even here? is kinda annoying. it got me the idea to make ''locate'' but as more advanced /seen for phantom rank members.

This also shows when the players was last on the current server you are on just like seen, but also shows if they are anywhere on EC overall.
