Scamming rule

So in the server we have this rule aka scamming rule, where if you sell an item trying to scam someone you get jail and that's fair.
so there is this "loophole" where if i sell an item that's supposed to have op enchants or something valuable, for example the phantom helmet which is kinda the best helmet and stuff for 1$ but without the enchants which make it valuable that you get with it, you get jail, so you see, that's kinda dumb right? Because who in his right mind is going to scam someone out of 1 dollar, event 1k that's like cents in real life, people just throw them

And yeah, selling a netheright helmet for 1 dollar is kinda cheap and obviously there is no intent of scamming anybody.

So PLEAS instead of this:

- Scamming (including use of misleading items)
- Store Scamming users promising ranks/perks for in-game money/items/valuables

Add this to it:

-Scamming (including use of misleading items that cause harm in any way)
-Store Scamming users promising ranks/perks for in-game money/items/valuables and actually causing damage

so like that when someone with 2 brain cells reports another guy that sold a helmet for "example" for 1$ doesn't get jail cause that's just stupid.

So yeah, actually take this seriously because toxic players are using this to annoy people which may leave after that.
