EventWar Fatal Flaw

I am GreedyInvader. I believe that the EventWar system is a formidable system with the amount of choices players have like civil war, independence wars, nation wars, town wars, etc.
But there is one flaw: The War Token System. The War Token system is supposed to be a progression system where people can wait a certain time before they can launch the wars. But if we see it, a town needs to spend 20 War tokens to start a riot, the cheapest war, and it takes ten days for a town to acquire 20 War tokens. Other wars like nation wars, town wars, civil wars, independence wars will require up to 2 months of wait! For example, you need to wait 75 days for your town to acquire 150 tokens to launch a nation War. And one season of towny is 6-10 months.
Essentially, taking into count that many towns rise and fall within a month itself, it is a near impossibility for any major geopolitical event to occur. There are many players that crave wars, and they dislike the static nature of the server. The eventwar system is a great system, but to be able to use that system, a person will have to undergo months of wait just to acquire the golden opportunity to fight their game archnemesis state. And independence wars are practically useless because any town can leave a nation within 7 days of being conquered, provided they are conquered, and you need 40 something tokens to fight an independence War, aka 20 days. I humbly request the moderation team of this beautiful server, which has tremendous potential to raise the daily War Token acquiring to 10 tokens instead of the present 2 per day. If not, we are seeing a beautiful system being put to waste.
